Careers - Citrix Specialist

UltraLevel, Inc., a Detroit based IT solutions firm, is a leader in Application Delivery, Storage and Virtualization technologies.  UltraLevel is currently looking for a Senior Consultant that is a Citrix Application Delivery specialist.

The Citrix Application Delivery specialist will provide professional consulting services on major enterprise initiatives and mission critical Enterprise Data Management projects across the Microsoft and Citrix XenApp platforms. The Citrix Application Delivery specialist will work in a variety of enterprise environments to design cost effective and scalable strategies utilizing Secure Remote Access with Citrix Access Gateway, LAN/WAN optimization with Citrix ANG products, SSO with Citrix Password Manager as well as other advanced components of Citrix XenApp Platinum technology.

The Citrix Application Delivery specialist will oversee the design, architecture, implementation, security and support of large multi-site, multi-domain server environments; lead client visioning for future systems, lead project teams, prepare scope documents and project plans, and design and implement best practices to ensure the client investment in technology is consistent with their business objectives.

Minimum Required Experience and Education: The Citrix Application Delivery specialist will have 5-10+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 3-5+ years of experience delivering complex mission-critical (24/7) technical solutions, including planning, development, rollout and support for large enterprise Application Delivery initiatives. In-depth experience with multi-site and multi-domain architectures is required. Must possess expert knowledge in Citrix, Active Directory, integration strategy planning with Windows Operating Systems (Windows Vista Enterprise, Windows 2003), and other advanced components of Microsoft technology.

This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, between both the customer and all levels within the organization. Knowledge of sound business practices and a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and anticipating their needs is also required. Must be motivated with a focus on team performance.

Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Business/Computer Science or related field (preferred).
