Citrix Adds Tech Support Upsell to SA for XenApp
October 7th, 2009Citrix recently released Software Maintenance for XenApp, which adds telephone, web, and email support to XenApp SA renewals. Of course this is not an act of charity; it will cost you an additional 7-9% on your renewal, depending on your edition of XenApp.
Software Maintenance is only available for XenApp licenses- not XenDesktop or Essentials, which is interesting since Citrix made the ground-shattering news yesterday that XenDesktop 4 is now the LEADING CORE product for Citrix, but that’s separate post altogether.
